- You can only use one credit or debit card per order.
- If you're using a Bath & Body Works gift card, you can also use another payment method to cover any remaining balance. Up to two gift cards can be applied per order.
- Gift cards with Visa, MasterCard, or AmEx logos work like credit cards and can't be combine with another credit/debit card.

If you're ordering with our Customer Care team via phone or chat, we'll collect your payment securely using a special link or prompt powered by PCI Pal - a trusted and secure system.
Please note, PayPal, Pay Later, Apple Pay, or Venmo are not accepted for phone or chat orders.
Saved Payment Option
For faster checkout, you can securely save your credit card information in your registered account. Add a card during checkout or through My Payment Methods in your account dashboard. You can also edit or delete saved payment methods at any time. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Additional Payment Details
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears with your financial instituion.
For your security, your 3 or 4-digit card CID number is required.
At the time of order, an authorization hold is placed on your card, but you will not be fully charged until the date of shipment. For orders that ship the same day as they are placed, the authorization hold may appear as a second charge. This hold is released from the account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank's specific policies. If you are using a debit or check card for payment with a major credit card logo, the funds will immediately be deducted from your account.
Bath & Body Works Gift Cards may be redeemed at checkout by entering the gift card number and PIN when prompted. An additional form of payment must be used to cover any additional balance.
Credit Card Gift Cards (Visa, MaterCard, or Amex) can only be redeemed for orders less than or equal to the full amount available on the gift card. Prior to placing your order Credit Card Gift Cards must be registered with the issuing bank noted on the card.
If your payment method is from a non-U.S. bank, your purchase will be subject to currency exchange rates, which may vary. Contact your bank for details.
Child support cards (such as EPPICards or other sate-issued prepaid debit cards) are not accepted.
