How do Drops work?
We make something special - a new scent, a hot new body care line etc. We announce it with a date of release. You sign up (text or email) to get on the waitlist and be notified. We alert you the moment it goes live, and you check out like any other order. First come, first served. Be fast, these are going to go quick.
How are Drops products different from your regular new products?
Our Drops are a curated collection of our freshest new products. Some will be limited editions, some open editions, but all will have a release date, a waiting list and will go fast.
Are Drops products available in your stores?
It varies – some of our Drops products might be available in our stores. Others are website exclusives, so check the details on the individual Drops product pages.
Will you be selling any of the Drops products in any of your partner stores like Amazon or Ulta Beauty?

What if a Drops product sells out before I check out?
These products are likely to be popular, so you’ll need to be quick. Items can show as available when you add to bag, but products aren’t reserved until you’ve successfully completed your order.
