We've got you! Here are a few things to check when redeeming an offer code or coupon online:
- Promo code is invalid or expired.
- This may be because you typed the code incorrectly. Double-check for typos and include any dashes shown in the code.
- Quick tip! Sometimes an "S" can look like a "5" (and vice versa), so double check your code carefully.
- Some codes use a format of letters and numbers, like: XXX-1234567890123456
- Check the disclaimer for valid dates - expired codes won't work.
- This may be because you typed the code incorrectly. Double-check for typos and include any dashes shown in the code.
- Maximum allowed promo codes applied.
- Only one promo code per order. If you enter more than one, only the first will apply.
- To use a different code, remove the first one before applying another.
- One-time use code has already been used.
- Some codes can only be used once, like App Wallet offers and direct mail coupons.
- Redeeming one will invalidate the other.
- Example: If you redeem the wallet offer then the paper coupon is no longer valid - and vice versa.
- Promotion will be activated once requirements are met in the Shopping Bag.
- Offers may require a specific item type priced below the threshold shown on the coupon.
- Eligibility is based on the regular (original) price of the item, not the sale or promotional price.
- Example: If you had a coupon for a free body care item $9.95 or less and try to use it on a body wash with a regular price of $15.95 (even if it's on sale for $5.95), the coupon won't work because the regular price exceeds $9.95.
- Your shopping cart contains a coupon that is invalid at this time. Please remove the coupon before proceeding to checkout.
- Expired codes or Rewards can be removed under the Promotion Code or Reward Code box.
- If you've already removed any expired offers and still can't check out, try placing your order as a guest instead of signing in.
