If you are not completely satisfied with a Bath & Body Works product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers in the United States and you are unable to return the product after contacting the authorized seller, you may follow the process below to return product (in new, gently used or defective condition) to Bath & Body Works for a refund (in the form of a check or e-gift card) of the original purchase price paid, subject to this Authorized Seller Return Policy (the “Policy”).
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this Policy does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. If you have any questions regarding whether a seller is an authorized seller of our products, please contact Customer Care. This Policy only applies to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
This Policy does not apply to products purchased directly from Bath & Body Works (whether via stores, website/app or social shops). How to Request a Return
If you have been unable to successfully return product after contacting the authorized seller, please submit a return request to the Bath & Body Works Customer Care team (each a “Return Request”) within ninety (90) days of the date of purchase. Every Return Request must include:
- The name of the authorized seller:
- Purchase receipt (which must include place of purchase, purchase price and date);
- The reason for the return;
- Proof of your attempt to return the product to the authorized seller; and
- A photo of the product.
You must provide any additional information that is requested by Bath& Body Works to assist in processing your Return Request. If you fail to provide all of the information set forth above or fail to provide any additional information that is requested, your Return Request will be denied.
All products must be returned to Bath & Body Works. Once all requested information has been provided to us, we will provide instructions for mailing the product to us. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product to Bath & Body Works. Bath & Body Works will not process any refunds until the product being returned has been received, inspected and processed at our facilities. After the product has been returned and fully processed at our facilities, refunds via check will be processed in approximately 21-28 business days thereafter and refunds via e-gift card will be processed in approximately 7-10 business days thereafter.
Additional Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to deny Return Requests in our sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where a product has been significantly used or has an intentionally defaced label. If you fail to comply with any aspect of this Policy, your Return Request will be denied. Bath & Body Works reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Policy at any time with or without notice.
