If you need to add specific delivery instructions for the carrier or redirect a shipment to a secure pickup point, once your order ships you may be able to manage these options within order tracking.
Keep in mind:
- You'll need to make changes through the self-service options. Bath & Body Works is unable to pass delivery instructions onto carriers.
- Depending on the carrier and method in which package is shipped delivery management options may not be available. Bath & Body Works is unable to specify carrier of choice when placing an order.
UPS
- Eligible shipments will display a button to Leave Delivery Instructions on the Tracking Page
- Upon selection, you'll need to verify your address against the address UPS has on record for that shipment by inputting the correct address and selecting Verify
- You'll then be presented with a drop-down menu with available delivery instructions
- If you're not enrolled in UPS My Choice, you'll also need to enter your email address, phone number, and agree to register for a free UPS My Choice account
- Once all is complete you can finish by selecting Leave Delivery Instructions

FedEx
- Eligible shipments will display a button to Pick Up at a FedEx Location on the Tracking Page
- Upon selection you can choose a nearby location close to your delivery address
- If you choose to ship your package to a FedEx store location or another participating pickup location, they'll hold the package for 5 days. After 5 days if the package is not picked up it will be returned to Bath & Body Works.
- Picking up at a Bath & Body Works store location is not available, see our Buy Online Pick Up In Store option
- A confirmation email is sent when the package arrives at the pickup location, so you'll know when your order is ready to pickup
- Once a package has been delivered to a pickup point, it can't be redelivered to another location or address. It will need to be picked up from the location it was delivered
- A government-issued photo ID is required to pick up the package
