If we can't deliver your package we'll automatically notify you by email. To stay on top of delivery changes, we encourage you to sign up for text alerts from your shipping confirmation email on the tracking page.
An undeliverable tracking status can happen for a few reasons:
- The package was damaged in transit
- The address is incorrect or incomplete
- The carrier attempted the delivery and was unsuccessful
- The delivery was refused
Undeliverable packages will be returned to us - once processed you'll get an email detailing the items returned and the amount refunded. See our helpful tips on when to expect your refund here.
