Once your order ships, it may take longer to arrive due to high demand with our carriers during this time of year. Here are a few tips, to help you along the way!
- TRACKING SCANS: When tracking your package, you may see a status of 'Processing,' ‘Ready to Go’ or 'Exception' –tracking scans will resume on your order as soon as the carrier is able to move your package through their shipping hub.
- DELIVERY ALERTS: If you haven’t already, make sure to sign up for text alerts from the tracking page! You will receive text messages when your order is out for delivery and when your package is delivered.
