Once your order ships, here are a few tips, to help you along the way!
- TRACKING SCANS: When tracking your package, you may see a status of 'Processing‘ or 'Ready to Go’ – tracking scans will resume on your order as soon as the carrier is able to move your package through their shipping hub.
- Tracking scans may not begin until 24-48 hours after your Shipping Confirmation email.
- After your package has made it to a shipping hub with the carrier, please also keep in mind you may see several days between scans due to high volume, as your order makes it through the network.
- DELIVERY ALERTS: If you haven’t already, make sure to sign up for text alerts from the tracking page! You'll receive text messages when your order is out for delivery and when your package is delivered.
- DELIVERY DAYS: While most packages are delivered Monday - Friday, some carriers may also make deliveries on Saturdays.
