When shopping in the app, you may notice that some items appear available for Buy Online Pick Up In Store then later show as shipping in your bag. This can happen if the item is no longer available for pickup at your selected store.
If you haven’t placed your order yet, try these steps:
1. Filter for pickup items only
- Go back to the product listing page
- Turn on the “Pick Up In Store” filter/toggle
- This will show only items currently available for pickup at your selected store
- Add those items to your bag
2. Switch items back to pickup
- Go to your shopping bag
- Tap “Switch all to pick up”
- This will attempt to update eligible items to store pickup
If you're still having trouble, try removing the items from your bag and adding them again. You may also need to choose a different store or have the item shipped instead.
