When will my pickup order be ready?
Typically within four business hours, but don't leave until we send you an email! Please be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder. If your order is placed near or after store closing, it will be available for pickup the next store-open day.
What do I need to pick up my order?
A government issued ID or the order confirmation email. You can also designate someone to pick up your order during online checkout.
I can’t find my order confirmation email. Where is it?
If you can’t find it in your inbox, check your junk mail or spam folder.

Once you're at the store, see any associate. They'll take care of you!
How long do I have to pick up my order?
Once your order is ready, 3 days. If it's not picked up by then, we'll cancel it.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order on time?
It will automatically be canceled after 3 days and a cancelation email will be sent. If you paid by a debit or credit card, your statement may reflect an authorization. This is not a charge. In most cases, it will fall off your account within 3 to 5 business days. Contact your financial institution if you have any issues. If you paid by a gift card, an e-gift card will be sent to you.
When will I get charged for my pickup order?
At pickup! Note: an authorization hold will be placed on your debit or credit card when you order. If you paid by a gift card, your gift card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Can I extend my pick up time?
If you are unable to pick up your order within 3 days, we may be able to extend the pickup timeframe for you. Please contact Customer Care at 1-800-395-1001 (9a-12a EST) to find out what options are available.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, you may name an alternate pickup person during checkout or forward your order confirmation email. If a person was named at checkout, they must bring the order confirmation email or their government issued ID. If the person was not named at checkout, they must bring the order confirmation email.
Can I change my pickup location?
No. If you cannot pick up your order, you may forward your order confirmation email to an alternate pickup person.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can’t cancel or change your order online, but you can exchange or cancel part or all of your order in store. If you paid with a debit or credit card, your statement may reflect an authorization. This is not a charge. In most cases, it will fall off your account within 3 to 5 business days. Contact your financial institution if you have any concerns. If you paid with a gift card, a new e-gift card will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Will I get a paper receipt?
No, but your pickup confirmation email will serve as your receipt. If you can’t find the confirmation email in your inbox, check your junk mail or spam folder.
Do I have to pay shipping fees if some items are shipped to my home and some are for pickup?
Items shipped to home will be charged applicable shipping fees. There are no additional charges for items/orders designated for pickup.
I’m a My Bath & Body Works Rewards Member. Will I earn points for pickup orders?
Yes, Rewards Members who are logged into their account at the time of order placement will receive points for their order at the time of pickup. Note: Our Rewards Program is currently only available in select areas. Check if it’s near you.
