What is Gingham Nation?
Gingham Nation is Bath & Body Works’ creator advocacy program. You participate in challenges, earn points, level up through tiers, and unlock perks — all by creating authentic content you already love to share.
Is Gingham Nation a paid job?
Not exactly. You’re not an employee. You’re an independent creator participating in a brand advocacy program, with opportunities to earn perks, and commissions.
Who runs Gingham Nation?
The program is created by Bath & Body Works and powered by the Duel platform.
Eligibility & Application
Who can apply to join?
Anyone can apply, but not everyone is accepted. To be eligible, you must:
- Be 18+ (or the age of majority in your state. That’s 19+ for AL and NE, and 21+ for MS and PR)
- Be a U.S. resident (including Puerto Rico)
- Not be a Bath & Body Works or Duel employee (or immediate family)
- Not be part of a talent union or a student‑athlete
- Have an active public Instagram account (TikTok and YouTube optional)
- Have at least 1,000 followers
How does the application process work?
You can apply at community.bathandbodyworks.com. Applications are reviewed for brand fit, content quality, and engagement. Decisions are shared by email. Acceptance isn’t guaranteed, but every application is reviewed.
