If a Reward was applied to an item or order that is later canceled, you’ll receive a new Reward back. The new Reward will be added to your wallet within about 1 hour and can be redeemed anytime within 90 days. In your Points History, it will appear as “Reward Earned” for the reissuance. Note: For any items or orders canceled before June 29, 2026, please chat with us so we can assist you in placing a new order with your Reward.
Birthday Rewards are not automatically added back to your wallet if they were used on a canceled item or order. Chat with us and we’ll help you place a new order using your Birthday Reward.
