Rewards
Rewards are issued when Members have accrued the amount of points specified to earn a Reward. Rewards will be available via the Wallet section of the App or My Account section of the website and are valid for 90 days. Members must identify themselves at the time of transaction to redeem.
- ONLINE: Sign in to your Rewards account at BathandBodyWorks.com. Add an eligible item* (original price up to $18.95) to cart, and apply Reward code in the Reward Code box at checkout. Shipping applies to free item.
- IN STORE: Display barcode from the Wallet section of the app or online account at U.S. Bath & Body Works stores.
*Excludes Wallflowers® plugs, candle & soap accessories, PocketBac® holders, car fragrance holders, sponges, and socks. Each Reward may be redeemed for only one item and will be applied to the most expensive eligible product in the transaction. Up to eight (8) Rewards may be applied per transaction/order. Expired rewards are not able to be replaced.
What products are eligible for Reward redemption?
Rewards are redeemable for most items up to an $18.95 value (with some exclusions). Reward redemption excludes Wallflowers® plugs, candle & soap accessories, PocketBac® holders, car fragrance holders, sponges, and socks.
Products eligible for Reward redemption must each have a regular retail unit ticket price (original price) equal to or under $18.95. This means that products that have a regular retail unit ticket price that is above $18.95 are not eligible for Reward redemption. For example, if you have a 3-Wick Candle on promo for $12.95, the Reward will not qualify for redemption as the unit ticket price (original price) is $26.95.

How does the shopping bag determine which item is the free Reward when I have multiple items in my bag?
The shopping bag selects an eligible item with the highest ticket price (or original price of the item) as the free reward. For example, if you have a $16.95 Single Wick Candle (on promo for $10) + a $15.95 Body Wash, the shopping bag would select the Single Wick Candle for free since it has the highest original ticket price.
What happens if the items in my bag share the same ticket price?
The shopping bag will choose the first item added to the bag as the free reward.
Birthday Rewards
Birthday Rewards are issued to members who have added their birth month and date to their Rewards profile. Birthday Rewards will be available via the Wallet section of the App or My Account section of the website on the birth month and date provided within your profile and are valid for 30 days. Members must identify themselves at the time of transaction to redeem.
- ONLINE: Sign in to your Rewards account at BathandBodyWorks.com. Add any item (original price up to $9.95) and additional merchandise to cart, and apply Reward code in the Reward Code box at checkout. Shipping applies to free item.
- IN STORE: Display barcode from the Wallet section of the app or online account at U.S. Bath & Body Works stores.

What products are eligible for Birthday Reward redemption?
Products eligible for Birthday Reward redemption must have a regular retail unit ticket price (original price) equal to or under $9.95. This means items that have a regular retail unit ticket price (original price) that is above $9.95 are not eligible for Birthday Reward redemption. For example, if you have a full size body cream on promo for $5.95, the Reward will not qualify for redemption as the unit ticket price (original price) is $17.95.
