If you're not seeing a Reward you expected, it might have expired or already been redeemed. Follow these steps to find out more:
Step 1: Refresh Your Wallet View
Make sure you're seeing the most up-to-date information:
- Open the app and pull down on the wallet screen to refresh, or
- Go to My Rewards Wallet and tap Update Points (when signed in on mobile or desktop)
Once refreshed, the current date and time will appear at the top of the screen, confirming you're viewing your most current available wallet.
Step 2: Check for Expired Rewards
Earned Rewards
View your earned rewards history:
- Open the app and view Account, then Points History, or
- Go to My Points History (when signed in on mobile or desktop)
- Look for 1 Reward Earned - this shows when the Reward was issued.
Earned Rewards are valid for 90 days from the day issued and cannot be reissued once expired.
The expiration date will not show in your Points History. You can view your Reward to see the expiration date or calculate 90 days from the date of issuance. Rewards expire at 5:59 AM ET on the following day (after the 90th day).
Birthday Rewards
Birthday Rewards are a little different:
- They don't appear in Points History and
- Issued on the birthday listed in your account
Birthday Rewards are valid for 30 days from the day issued and cannot be reissued once expired.
The expiration date will not show in your Points History. You can view your Birthday Reward to see the expiration date or calculate 30 days from the date of issuance. Birthday Rewards expire at 5:59 AM ET on the following day (after the 30th day).
To check your birthday:
- Open the app and view Account, then Account Details, or
- Go to My Info (when signed in on mobile or desktop)
- Note: Once your birthday is added, it cannot be changed
Step 3: Check for Redeemed Rewards
Redeemed Rewards usually don't appear in Points History unless they were part of a bonus offer.
To confirm if a Reward was used:
- Review your in-store receipts, or
- Check your online order history
- Open the app and view Account, then Orders, or
- Go to My Orders (when signed in on mobile or desktop)
