Here are some ways to help make sure you get a password reset email from us:
- Ensure your email is entered correctly. It's easy to accidentally mistype it, for example entering .con instead of .com
- Check your spam/junk or promotions folders; some email services automatically filter messages into pre-established folders instead of your main inbox
- Make sure your inbox isn't full or the email may not be delivered
- Add customerservice@tem2.bathandbodyworks.com to your email address book; please note this email address does not accept incoming emails
- Reach out to your email service provider to make sure you're able to get emails from the @bathandbodyworks.com domain
If you're still not receiving the password reset email you requested:
- It might be because there's not an account associated with the email address you provided
- You accidently mistyped your email address when first signing up for your account. If you mistyped your email address when signing up for your account, then we're not able to reset your password. We suggest creating a new account with the correct email address.
