You can add your birthday in the app or on our website. Follow these steps:
In the Bath & Body Works App:
- Log in with your credentials
- Select Account (
) at the bottom
- Tap Account Details
On Mobile or Desktop:
- Sign in and go to My Account
- Select My Info
Once a birthday has been added it can't be changed, we'll still send a birthday reward on the date you provided. Your birthday offer will be valid for 30 days.
