- Price adjustments for online purchases cannot be completed in stores.
- Price adjustments do not apply to Flash Sales, select promotions lasting 48 hours or less, Candle Day event pricing, TikTok pricing, email offers or Auto Refresh orders.
- We are unable to price match or price adjust online purchases to in-store pricing or promotions.
To receive a price adjustment for online purchases, locate your order number and the current selling price available on BathandBodyWorks.com and contact us.
STORE PURCHASES:
A one-time price adjustment from the original selling price to the current selling price will be issued for in-store purchases when the original receipt is presented within 14 days after the date of original purchase. Flash Sales, select promotions lasting 48 hours or less, Candle Day event pricing and email offers are not eligible for price adjustments.
Please take your original receipt to a Bath & Body Works store to request a price adjustment for purchases made in store. Price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase.
