Points will expire if there is no transaction activity on your account for 365 days.
If you sign up for an account during an in-store purchase but do not complete the sign-up process by creating a password, your points will expire after 90 days of inactivity. Once you complete the sign-up process, the standard 365-day expiration period applies.
Expired points cannot be reinstated.
