If you're having trouble redeeming a Gift Card or E-Gift Card, here a a few things to keep in mind:
- You might have typed the PIN incorrectly. If you've typed it wrong five times in a row, your Gift Card or E-Gift Card will be locked from redemption. You can try again in 8 hours for physical Gift Cards and in 24 hours for E-Gift Cards.
- There may not be a balance to redeem. Gift cards that carry a $0 balance for 120 days or longer will be deactivated.
