- If you enter the wrong PIN three times within 15 minutes, your card will be temporarily locked. You can try again after 30 minutes.
- There may not be a balance to redeem. Gift cards with a $0 balance for 120 days or longer will be deactivated.
- You may be prompted to complete a reCAPTCHA verification to confirm you're not a robot. If you're having trouble, try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
