Here's what to do:

- Choose "Delete" as your Request Type
- Be sure to include all the necessary info so we can process your request correctly
Once submitted, your information will be removed from our mailing list right away. Since some mailers are printed in advance, it may take 60-90 days for the change to fully take effect.
