By ordering goods from Bath & Body Works Direct, Inc., I hereby authorize PBB Global Logistics Inc. chosen by Bath & Body Works Direct, Inc. to act as my agent, and to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for taxes, to return merchandise to Bath & Body Works Direct, Inc., and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from Bath & Body Works Direct, Inc. Further, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by the CBSA in my name, so that Bath & Body Works Direct, Inc. can be reimbursed.

Surcharge
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $10.00 or less are assessed a $4.00 shipping & handling surcharge.
Restricted Items
Not all methods are available for all destinations and products (such as aerosols and alcohol based). Available options will be displayed at checkout.
Business Days & Holidays
Items shipped from the United States into Canada may require additional delivery time because of increased security at border crossing points.
All delivery timeframes are considered Monday – Friday only and exclude U.S. Federal holidays. Delivery estimates are based on order processing time and time in transit. Standard shipping orders placed after 2:59 pm ET will move to the next business day for estimated delivery. See checkout for exact dates of expected delivery. During peak timeframes or high-volume sales, you may experience longer processing time before your order ships.
Express Delivery
Express shipping is not available for shipments to Canada.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards purchased on BathandBodyWorks.com are issued in US dollars and can only be redeemed on BathandBodyWorks.com or in U.S. Store locations.
Gift cards will receive free standard shipping & handling. When other items are ordered along with Gift Cards, sales tax and shipping & handling are applied to the value of the other items. Gift cards are sent separately if other merchandise is ordered.
