Any items(s) purchased online or by phone may be exchanged or returned in Bath & Body Works Stores located within the United States.

How Will I Be Refunded?
WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT:
An exchange or credit will be issued for the purchase price on the original receipt (excluding shipping & handling charges). Ninety days or less from the original purchase date, credit card and PayPal purchases will be credited back to the original form of payment; thereafter, merchandise credit will be issued. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.
WITHOUT ORIGINAL RECEIPT:
If you do not have your receipt, your shipping confirmation email can be used as proof of purchase and will follow the “with original receipt” guidelines, above. Otherwise, your return will be subject to the return policy posted in the store at the time of your return. An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item, factoring in all applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons that may have applied.
WITH GIFT RECEIPT:
An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for the purchase price on the gift receipt (excluding shipping & handling charges). All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.
GIFT CARDS/eGIFT CARDS:
Gift cards/E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless the total balance is under $10. TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO GIFT CARDS: This card is issued by Bath & Body Works GC, LLC. Redeem this card for merchandise only, and for cash when the balance is under $10, at all Bath & Body Works (BBW) or White Barn (WB) US & Puerto Rico store locations and online at BathandBodyWorks.com; it may not otherwise be returned. Check your card balance at a participating BBW or WB store or BathandBodyWorks.com/giftcard. If this card is lost, stolen or destroyed, BBW or WB will replace it with the value of the card at the time replacement is requested if you provide the card number. To check your card balance or report a lost, stolen or destroyed card, call 1-800-640-6052. This card does not expire. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please record this card number should you need to request a card replacement.
ADDITIONAL STORE RETURN GUIDELINES:
All returns, exchanges, and price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase. Payment & Return Policies may vary by store locale; the policy posted in the store of return governs. At select US stores, a government-issued ID is required for all returns and exchanges. Bath & Body Works and White Barn will electronically scan or collect information from this ID for the purpose of preventing return abuse. At select US stores, you will be limited to $250 in non-receipted returns within a 90 day period (this does not include defective merchandise).
