What is Auto Refresh?
Auto Refresh is the most convenient way to get your fragrance favorites delivered on the regular. Plus! You’ll get 20% off regular price and free shipping when you order $30 of Auto Refresh products ($30 calculated after all discounts are applied and before shipping, handling and taxes).
Simply choose the products you want and the frequency you want them, and we’ll take care of the rest. You can change your delivery frequency, order date or quantity any time by visiting ‘My Auto Refresh’ in your account. We’ll also send you a reminder email 10 days before each order ships, so you can make any changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before it heads your way.
How do I join Auto Refresh?
It’s easy! Simply select the Auto Refresh option on any eligible items while browsing product pages or in your shopping bag, select your preferred shipment frequency and then check out.
What happens after I join Auto Refresh?
You’ll get an email confirming your Auto Refresh order, which will include a link to “My Auto Refresh” in your account. From there, you can manage your future orders, items and information.
We’ll automatically process your Auto Refresh orders according to your frequency preferences and charge your default card once it has shipped. We’ll also email you important updates, such as if an item in your order is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your order and confirmation that your order has been processed.
How do I make changes to my Auto Refresh order?
Any changes will be reflected in your account within 24 hours. (Reminder: you can make changes up to 24 hours before your order processes.)
- To change an order date: Visit “My Auto Refresh” in your account, select “Change Date” and pick a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire Auto Refresh order.
- To skip a delivery: Visit “My Auto Refresh” in your account and select “Skip It.” We’ll hold off on sending your goodies until next time based on the frequency you selected.
- To change your frequency preferences: Visit “My Auto Refresh” in your account. There, you’ll see the frequency preference options (every month, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months or 6 months) in a dropdown menu. Select the dropdown next to the item(s) you would like to change and select your new frequency preference.
- To send an order now: Visit “My Auto Refresh” in your account and select “Send It Now.” We’ll start working on your order ASAP. Remember! When you select “Send It Now,” you’re changing the order date for future orders. (For example, if your order’s scheduled for the 10th of every month and you choose “Send It Now” on June 6, the next orders will process on July 6, August 6 and so on.)
- To cancel an Auto Refresh item: Visit “My Auto Refresh” in your account and select “Cancel Auto Refresh Order” next to the item you want to cancel. We’ll confirm that you want to cancel that order and then ask why. Once you’ve picked a reason, select “Confirm,” and we’ll cancel it and send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.
How do I make changes to my Auto Refresh account information?
It’s super easy! Just visit “My Auto Refresh” in your account to change your account information. Any changes will be reflected in your account within 24 hours. (Reminder: you can make changes up to 24 hours before your order processes.)
- To change your shipping address: Select the “Edit” link next to your shipping information. Then, you can select a saved shipping address from the dropdown menu or add a new one. This address will apply to all Auto Refresh orders.
- To change your billing information: Select the “Edit” link next to your billing information to be taken to “My Payment Methods.” From there, you can remove your current payment method(s) or add a new credit or debit card. Any changes you make to your default card will apply to all Auto Refresh orders.
How do I view my future deliveries?
Go to “My Auto Refresh” within your account to see your recurring items and order date(s).
How do I combine items to be in the same order?
Auto Refresh items that have the same order date and shipping address will ship together. If you have multiple items that ship on different days and want to receive them all at once, visit “My Auto Refresh” and change the order dates to be the same. Make sure you also double check that they’re being delivered to the same address.
Can I add items to my next order with an existing Auto Refresh order?
Yes! Just make sure you’re logged into your account, go to the product that you want to add to your order and select “Add to Auto Refresh Order.” If it’s eligible for Auto Refresh, you will be able to add it as either a one-time delivery or as a recurring delivery. If it’s not eligible for Auto Refresh, you will only be able to add it as a one-time delivery.
What types of payment are accepted for Auto Refresh?
Credit or debit cards only, please! At this time, we cannot accept PayPal, Apple Pay, gift cards or any other payment options for Auto Refresh orders.
Is Auto Refresh available for all Bath & Body Works products?
Not yet! It’s currently limited to some of our best-selling Wallflowers fragrance refills.
What do I do if I have an issue with my Auto Refresh order (item damaged, item canceled, order missing, etc.)?
Oh no! We’re so sorry something happened to your order. Please contact Customer Care so we can make it right.
Do Auto Refresh orders qualify for online promotions?
Sorry! Auto Refresh orders don’t qualify for any promotions that may be running on the day your order is processed. Remember! You’ll still get 20% off regular price and free shipping when you order $30 of Auto Refresh products ($30 calculated after all discounts are applied and before shipping, handling and taxes).
How will I know if an item in my Auto Refresh has been discontinued or out of stock?
We’ll send you an email to let you know if an item in your Auto Refresh order is discontinued or out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we’ll try to fulfill your order within two days after the original order date, but if an item is still out of stock after those two days or discontinued, we’ll cancel it. Note: If one item from your order can’t be fulfilled, we’ll cancel the entire order.
I’m a My Bath & Body Works Rewards Member. Will I earn points for Auto Refresh orders?
Yes! Rewards Members who are logged into their account when the initial order is placed will earn points for all their Auto Refresh orders, but earned Rewards can’t be redeemed on Auto Refresh orders. Note: Our Rewards Program is currently only available in select areas. Check if it’s near you.
Can I pick up my Auto Refresh order in store using Buy Online Pick Up In Store?
Sorry! Pick Up in Store orders are not eligible for recurring shipments.
Can I get a price adjustment on my Auto Refresh order?
