Redeem your Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards in U.S. Bath & Body Works and White Barn stores or online at BathandBodyWorks.com. To redeem a Gift Card online, the card must have a PIN number. You’ll find the PIN on the back of the card.
REDEEM ONLINE
During checkout, click on the section marked “Gift Card” on the payment page. Enter your card number and PIN. Then click APPLY.
- Up to 2 Gift Cards can be applied per order.
- If the amount of your Gift Card or E-Gift Card does NOT cover the total online order amount, you must pay the remainder with a valid credit card or PayPal account.
- If the amount of your card is for more than the total amount, the balance will remain on your Gift Card or E-Gift Card, and you can apply it to your next purchase.
- If your order cannot be fulfilled or you return any items, we’ll refund you with a new e-Gift Card. For returns in stores, you will receive a merchandise credit.
- Some Gift Cards purchased in Bath & Body Works stores do not have PIN numbers and cannot be redeemed online. If your Gift Card does not have a PIN, please contact our Customer Care Department at 1-877-832-9272 (6a-2a EST).

REDEEM IN-STORE
To redeem an E-Gift Card in store, print the email that contained the E-Gift Card barcode or simply show the barcode on your phone. Present at the register when you are ready to check out.

Redeem this card for merchandise only, and for cash when the balance is under $10, at all Bath & Body Works (BBW) or White Barn (WB) US & Puerto Rico store locations and online at BathandBodyWorks.com; it may not otherwise be returned. Check your card balance at a participating BBW or WB store or BathandBodyWorks.com/giftcard. If this card is lost, stolen or destroyed, BBW or WB will replace it with the value of the card at the time replacement is requested if you provide the card number. To check your card balance or report a lost, stolen or destroyed card, call 1-800-640-6052. This card does not expire. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
