Once your order is placed, you may see a pre-authorization (pending charge/hold). This is a common bank practice to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. The pre-authorization will turn into a charge once your order ships. Pre-authorizations generally drop within 7 business days, but for specific timeframes, we suggest you contact your banking institution. We do not have the capability or obligation to release your bank’s temporary hold on authorized funds.
While we always try our best to ship your package together, we sometimes need to ship from separate distribution centers. When this happens, your total charge will be split accordingly, and you will only be charged once for shipping.
COVID-19 Update: Due to order processing delays, you may see your initial authorization drop within a few days. A second authorization will then be obtained to secure funds once we are ready to ship your order, followed by a charge.
