What is Auto Refresh?
Auto Refresh is the most convenient way to get your fragrance favorites delivered on the regular. Plus! You’ll get 20% off regular price and free shipping when you order $30 of Auto Refresh products ($30 calculated after all discounts are applied and before shipping, handling and taxes).
Simply choose the products you want and the frequency you want them, and we’ll take care of the rest. You can change your delivery frequency, order date or quantity any time by visiting ‘My Auto Refresh’ in your account. We’ll also send you a reminder email 10 days before each order ships, so you can make any changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before it heads your way.
How do I join Auto Refresh?
It’s easy! Simply select the Auto Refresh option on any eligible items while browsing product pages or in your shopping bag, select your preferred shipment frequency and then check out.
What happens after I join Auto Refresh?
You’ll get an email confirming your Auto Refresh order, which will include a link to “My Auto Refresh” in your account. From there, you can manage your future orders, items and information.
We’ll automatically process your Auto Refresh orders according to your frequency preferences and charge your default card once it has shipped. We’ll also email you important updates, such as if an item in your order is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your order and confirmation that your order has been processed.
How do I make changes to my Auto Refresh order?
Any changes will be reflected in your account within 24 hours. (Reminder: you can make changes up to 24 hours before your order processes.)
- To change an order date: Visit “My Auto Refresh” in your account, select “Change Date” and pick a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire Auto Refresh order.
- To skip a delivery: Visit “My Auto Refresh” in your account and select “Skip It.” We’ll hold off on sending your goodies until next time based on the frequency you selected.
- To change your frequency preferences: Visit “My Auto Refresh” in your account. There, you’ll see the frequency preference options (every month, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months or 6 months) in a dropdown menu. Select the dropdown next to the item(s) you would like to change and select your new frequency preference.
- To send an order now: Visit “My Auto Refresh” in your account and select “Send It Now.” We’ll start working on your order ASAP. Remember! When you select “Send It Now,” you’re changing the order date for future orders. (For example, if your order’s scheduled for the 10th of every month and you choose “Send It Now” on June 6, the next orders will process on July 6, August 6 and so on.)
- To cancel an Auto Refresh item: Visit “My Auto Refresh” in your account and select “Cancel Auto Refresh Order” next to the item you want to cancel. We’ll confirm that you want to cancel that order and then ask why. Once you’ve picked a reason, select “Confirm,” and we’ll cancel it and send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.
