When is the annual Candle Day event?
Our 2022 candle day event has now ended online and in stores.
Why was one of my items canceled after I placed my order?
We know this can be disappointing and do our best to ensure inventory is accurate. Our candle event has high volume and at times items can become unavailable after you place your order.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
It may take us longer to process your order during this time of year with high volume from the event - we'll email you when it's on the way! You can also find the steps to check your order status here.
Am I qualified for a price adjustment?

What if her order is lost/ssh/dam?
• Submit a ZCR – if ZCR is above $150 please get approval.
- "I'm so sorry to hear that you’re you did not receive your order. I will be happy to send you a replacement at no charge.”
- If one or more of her items are now out of stock, you can move to your next option on the Issue Resolution by submitting a credit and offering to place a new order by honoring the sale price and waiving the shipping. You can do this by using a BEBB or CEBB code.
What if one or more candles cancel on an order?

- Place a new order for the candle/s with an alternate selection (up to the 18-candle limit per order). You would do this by placing a new order and honoring the sale price and waiting the shipping. You can do this by using a BEBB or CEBB code- if above $150 please get approval.
